Goa Book Festival 2026 Celebrates Literature & Culture in Panaji

At the grand inauguration of the Goa Book Festival 2026, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant, joins Dr. Kiran Thakur, Chairman of Lokmanya Society, as an ocean of stories opens to the public.

Organised by Lokmanya Society in association with Lokmanya Cultural Foundation, this festival reflects a larger purpose—to make literature accessible, to celebrate regional and national voices, and to create a cultural space where generations connect through books, art, dialogue, and performance.

From curious young readers to seasoned bibliophiles, from authors to artists—Panaji transforms into a vibrant meeting point of ideas, imagination, and inspiration.
